JOB DESCRIPTION
The Office Support Assistant role is a position within the Sales Department that functions as a support to the office support team and will be the back-up of the Receptionist. This person will take care of many administrative and organizational tasks for the team and the department as well as being a good host(ess) to our resellers and other guests. This person reports to the Senior Office Support Coordinator.

General Responsibilities:

  • Prepare agenda of sales management
  • Submit reseller profiles and special orders in our system
  • Prepare training schedules and binders for new sales employees
  • Update calendars regarding absence requests of Sales
  • Meeting room planning
  • Take care of lunch and dinner arrangements
  • Keep basic reports and lists for the sales department
  • Back up receptionist
  • Hosting and welcoming guests
  • Take care of any duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education on MBO level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English are required
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar position
  • Computer skills (Microsoft office, ERP systems)
  • Good level of accuracy, detail oriented
  • Good time management and priority setting skills
  • Keeping sensitive information confidential
  • Work efficiently with little supervision, but also be able to work effectively within a team environment
