EDUCATION SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE GERMANY
Customer Service/Service Support/Call Center
The Education Support Specialist will deal with all facets of customer service, like calling Universities / High Education End Users and Education Resellers, assist with incoming telephone calls, order processing, order tracking etc. This is a position within the Education Market Team in the Sales Department.
We are looking for a detailed oriented and pro-active candidates with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships. Do you enjoy interacting with internal and external professionals from different levels, then we are looking for you.
- Develop and Maintain close relationships and contact with Universities / High Education End Users and Education Resellers base
- Be able to proactively make calls to build relationships with potential customers.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Technical knowledge and support of all products, especially XTP, DTP, Medialink, Pole Vault, Touch Link, GVE, etc
- Be able to present our products during presentations, shows and by phone.
- Ability to retrieve information to answer customer questions
- Assist in resolving client issues when resolutions are available and
- Issue RA's for credit and follow up on loaners and evaluations
- Coordinate the Education School attendees each month
- Assist with special projects, system testing, etc, as needed
- Native German language skills
- Ability to build relationships
